Become a part of the team
We are actively recruiting for the 2018 summer season. We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and physically fit crew members to join our team over the summer. If you enjoy working outdoors, in a fast paced environment full of colourful characters and people from all walks of life, this job is for you.
The job will involve building boutique campsites from start to finish, and offers the opportunity to be part of amazingly spectacular events. More often than not, crews remain on site with a crew festival ticket and therefore have the opportunity to make the most of the weekend.
There is the opportunity to work on a number of festivals and events travelling between shows. There is the potential for progression in responsibility and pay and we reward those who take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile.
These are great entry level roles for individuals interested in moving into live events or event management or indeed those at university or on a gap year who like music festivals.
No experience at putting up tents is necessary, just a good sense of humour, a strong work ethic and get on with it attitude.

Ideally you would be part of our build team and you would be paid for the hours that you drive. We do also occasionally have the requirement for drivers on an ad-hoc basis.
Front of house team members
Again this can be in addition to working on our build and break team or solely as front of house. This will be dependent on the candidate and can vary from event to event.
The candidate will be responsible for the main reception at events and being the port of call for customers throughout. We are looking for people with exceptional people skills and experience with customer service is a bonus. You will be the face of the company, so we are looking for smiley, happy people that enjoy helping people and solving problems.
